Does Costco Sell HexClad? Where to Buy & Shopping Tips

Costco does sell HexClad cookware, both through Costco.com listings and through selected warehouse special events or roadshows. The exact products, prices, and local availability can change quickly. Current Costco listings include cookware sets and large-format pans, while HexClad’s own store carries additional individual pieces such as the Double Burner Griddle and 4.5-quart Deep Sauté Pan. The best way to compare value is to check the exact model, bundle contents, current price, warranty eligibility, and return terms before buying.

Does Costco Sell HexClad Cookware?

Yes. Costco sells HexClad cookware through Costco.com and through selected warehouse special events. HexClad itself identifies Costco warehouse special events and roadshows as an authorized U.S. sales channel.

Costco’s current HexClad listings include products such as a 7-piece cookware set, a 6-piece saucepan set, a 5-piece Hybrid cookware set, a 14-inch Hybrid pan with lid, and a 14-inch Hybrid wok with lid. The exact assortment is not guaranteed at every warehouse.

Costco’s 7-piece HexClad listing describes Hybrid nonstick technology, compatibility with gas, induction, electric, and ceramic cooktops, metal-utensil safety, dishwasher-friendly cleaning, and oven use up to 900°F with lids limited to 400°F.

Which HexClad Products Costco Carries

Costco’s HexClad assortment changes with special events, warehouse inventory, and online promotions. As of this September 2026 review, the following products have active Costco product or category listings.

Costco also maintains a HexClad special-events schedule for participating warehouses. Roadshow selection can differ from normal online inventory, and Costco states that event dates are subject to change.

Costco HexClad Prices and Current Deals

HexClad pricing at Costco changes frequently enough that every price should be tied to a date. The most recent Costco special-event prices verified for this article were scheduled to end on September 13, 2026.

Some Costco HexClad product pages state that standard UPS Ground shipping is included in the quoted online price. Shipping eligibility can still vary by item and destination, so check the specific listing rather than assuming the same shipping terms apply to every HexClad product.

Costco HexClad vs. Retail Prices

Costco can offer attractive HexClad pricing during special events, but it is not accurate to say Costco is always cheaper. A useful comparison must match the same product, size, lid, accessories, and bundle contents.

For example, HexClad currently lists its 14-inch Hybrid Fry Pan with Lid at a higher direct-store price than Costco’s recent $149.99 event price for a 14-inch Hybrid Pan with Lid. That suggests a meaningful promotional discount, but buyers should still confirm that they are comparing equivalent versions and current prices.

HexClad currently lists its 4.5-quart Hybrid Deep Sauté Pan with Lid for $189 and its Hybrid Double Burner Griddle for $199 on the manufacturer’s website. Those direct prices should not be confused with current Costco prices because neither piece is verified here as part of Costco’s current online assortment.

Another difference is packaging. Costco may sell exclusive or retailer-specific combinations, while HexClad’s own website offers different sets and promotional bundles. A lower total price does not automatically mean a better deal if one package contains fewer pieces or different sizes.

Best HexClad Pieces to Buy at Costco

The strongest Costco option depends on what you already own. Shoppers building a cookware collection may prefer one of the multi-piece sets, while someone who already has smaller skillets may get more use from a large 14-inch pan or wok.

The 7-piece cookware set is the broadest current Costco listing among the standard residential sets verified here. Costco describes it as three frying pans, three lids, and one wok. The 6-piece saucepan set focuses more on saucepans and stock-pot cooking, while the 5-piece Hybrid set offers another bundle configuration.

Double Burner Griddle

The HexClad Hybrid Double Burner Griddle remains a current HexClad product, but it should not be presented as a confirmed current Costco item without a live Costco listing or warehouse-event confirmation.

HexClad currently prices the griddle at $199 on its own website. It spans two stovetop burners and is designed for larger batches of pancakes, eggs, burgers, sandwiches, and similar foods. Its Hybrid cooking surface uses stainless-steel ridges with nonstick valleys over a tri-ply structure with an aluminum core.

If you see the Double Burner Griddle at a Costco roadshow, compare the warehouse price with the current HexClad direct listing before deciding where the better value lies.

Deep Sauté Value

The 4.5-quart Hybrid Deep Sauté Pan with Lid is also a current HexClad product, but a current $154 Costco deal could not be verified for this update.

HexClad currently lists the 4.5-quart version for $189. Its tall, straight sides are useful for searing followed by simmering, braising, frying, soups, and one-pan meals. The pan has an approximately 11-inch cooking surface according to HexClad.

If Costco offers this pan again through a warehouse event, use $189 as a direct-store reference point and compare the actual Costco event price on that date.

Hybrid Features Overview

HexClad’s Hybrid design combines raised stainless-steel areas with recessed ceramic-nonstick areas. The cookware uses an aluminum core to move heat across the pan and is designed for use on common gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops.

• Oven rating: cookware up to 900°F; compatible glass lids up to 400°F.
• Cleaning: dishwasher-safe, although HexClad recommends hand washing when possible to preserve the finish.
• Utensils: marketed as metal-utensil safe, but sharp-tool misuse can fall outside warranty coverage.
• Coating: HexClad states that its TerraBond™ ceramic nonstick coating is PFAS-free.
• Construction: Hybrid cookware uses a multi-layer design with an aluminum core for responsive heating.

Why HexClad’s Hybrid Design Stands Out

HexClad differs from a conventional smooth nonstick pan because the cooking surface contains a pattern of raised stainless-steel peaks and recessed nonstick valleys. The steel areas are intended to help with browning and durability, while the coated valleys improve release and cleanup.

The manufacturer describes its TerraBond™ coating as a PFAS-free ceramic nonstick coating. HexClad also states that its cookware is induction-ready, dishwasher-safe, metal-utensil safe, and oven-safe to 900°F.

The main tradeoff is that Hybrid cookware still benefits from proper technique. It is not designed to be treated like an uncoated stainless-steel skillet that is routinely blasted over maximum burner heat. HexClad recommends lower stovetop temperatures for normal cooking.

The 900°F specification is an oven-safety rating, not a recommendation to use maximum stovetop heat for everyday cooking.

HexClad Warranty and Support

HexClad cookware carries a lifetime manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Costco is an authorized HexClad sales channel when products are bought through qualifying Costco sales, so an authentic new Costco purchase can receive the manufacturer’s applicable warranty coverage.

The warranty has important conditions. According to HexClad’s current warranty terms, coverage is limited to the original customer or original gift recipient, requires proof of purchase, is non-transferable, and applies to products purchased new from HexClad or an authorized seller.

The cookware warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use such as excessive heat, abuse, neglect, improper storage, misuse of sharp utensils, improper cleaning, improper seasoning, or food-service/commercial use. Normal cosmetic changes are also not covered.

HexClad instructs owners to submit its warranty form to activate coverage. Keep the Costco receipt or online order record because proof of purchase can be important when making a claim.

For an order, price, delivery, or Costco-return question, contact Costco. For a HexClad manufacturing-defect warranty claim or cookware-care question, use HexClad’s warranty/support channels rather than assuming Costco Concierge technical support applies to cookware.

Costco Return Policy for HexClad

Costco backs most merchandise with its satisfaction guarantee, subject to listed exceptions and limitations. Cookware is not one of the electronics categories specifically subject to Costco’s 90-day electronics return period.

Costco says online purchases can generally be returned through Costco.com or taken to a Costco warehouse. For warehouse purchases, having the receipt or original packaging can help, although Costco notes that they may not always be required to process a return.

Review Costco’s current return policy when buying because retailer policies can change independently of HexClad’s manufacturer warranty.

HexClad Care Tips for Lasting Performance

Proper care matters both for cooking performance and warranty protection. HexClad recommends washing and seasoning new Hybrid cookware before first use, cooking mostly at lower stovetop temperatures, allowing cookware to cool before washing, and re-seasoning after deep cleaning.

Seasoning For Better Release

Before first use, wash the cookware with warm soapy water and a soft sponge, rinse it, and dry it thoroughly. Then place the pan over medium-low heat.

Add about 1 to 2 teaspoons of high-smoke-point oil and spread a thin layer over the inside surface. Let it heat for approximately 2 to 3 minutes. If you are ready to cook, you can continue; otherwise, allow the cookware and oil to cool naturally before washing or storing it.

HexClad says the cookware naturally re-seasons as fats and oils are used during cooking. It does not need a full seasoning process before every meal. Re-seasoning is especially appropriate after a deep cleaning.

Gentle Cleaning Methods

Allow the pan to cool completely before washing it. HexClad recommends warm soapy water and a soft polymer-based sponge for routine hand cleaning.

The cookware is dishwasher-safe, but the manufacturer notes that repeated dishwasher cycles may make the finish look dull or dark over time. Hand washing is therefore the better routine when preserving the cookware’s appearance is a priority.

For stubborn residue, HexClad recommends soaking the cookware in warm soapy water for about 10 to 15 minutes, cleaning it with a soft sponge, rinsing, drying thoroughly, and re-seasoning afterward.

Warranty Care Guidelines

Proper use is especially important because HexClad’s warranty excludes damage caused by excessive heat, improper cleaning, improper seasoning, neglect, abuse, and misuse of sharp utensils.

• Wash and season cookware before its first use.
• Use low heat for delicate foods such as eggs.
• Use medium-low heat for much of everyday cooking.
• Use medium-high heat when stronger searing is needed.
• Avoid routinely running an empty pan over maximum burner heat.
• Let cookware cool before cleaning.
• Keep proof of purchase for warranty purposes.

Cosmetic blemishes and appearance changes that develop with normal use are considered normal wear and are not covered by the lifetime warranty.

How to Check Current Costco HexClad Stock

Because Costco HexClad inventory changes, use several checks before making a warehouse trip.

1. Set your warehouse on Costco.com. Product availability can differ by location.
2. Check the live Costco product page. Online availability and shipping may differ from warehouse inventory.
3. Check Costco’s HexClad special-event schedule. Roadshows can bring products to warehouses that do not normally stock them.
4. Compare the item or model number. This prevents confusion between Costco-specific bundles and similar HexClad-direct packages.
5. Confirm the price on the day you buy. Limited-time event pricing can expire even while an old search result remains indexed.

Other Places to Buy HexClad

Costco is not the only authorized place to purchase HexClad in the United States. HexClad’s authorized-purchase guidance currently lists official HexClad websites, Costco warehouses during special events or roadshows, the HexClad Amazon store, Zola, The Knot, and TikTok Shops.

This distinction matters because HexClad says its U.S. lifetime warranty applies to products purchased new from HexClad or an authorized selling channel. If a third-party marketplace seller offers a very low price, verify that the seller qualifies for warranty coverage before buying.

The HexClad website also carries a wider range of individual pieces than Costco commonly lists, including several Deep Sauté sizes, individual fry pans, griddles, Dutch ovens, woks, and larger cookware bundles.

How to Save More on HexClad at Costco

The most reliable way to save on HexClad at Costco is to watch the retailer’s special-event pricing rather than assuming an older deal is still active.

• Check the Costco HexClad event schedule before buying.
• Compare online and warehouse availability.
• Compare exact bundle contents against HexClad’s direct-store sets.
• Factor included shipping into an online Costco price where the listing states that standard shipping is included.
• Consider Costco’s return policy as part of the overall purchase value.
• Check HexClad’s direct promotions separately because manufacturer promotions and Costco promotions are not necessarily the same.

Recent Costco pricing shows why timing can matter. During the event ending September 13, 2026, Costco advertised multiple HexClad products at promotional prices. Future events may use different products, prices, or dates.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is HexClad sold in any stores?

Yes. HexClad identifies Costco warehouses during special events or roadshows as an authorized U.S. retail channel. Its current authorized options also include official HexClad websites and selected online partners such as its Amazon store, Zola, The Knot, and TikTok Shops.

Is HexClad at Costco the same?

HexClad sold directly by Costco is genuine HexClad and uses the brand’s Hybrid technology. However, Costco may sell different set configurations, piece counts, or retailer-specific bundles. Compare the Costco item number, model number, sizes, and included lids or accessories with the HexClad-direct product before assuming two packages are identical.

Is HexClad available at Costco?

Yes. Costco currently has product or category listings for several HexClad cookware products, including cookware sets and 14-inch pan and wok options. Actual availability can vary by warehouse, delivery area, and special-event schedule.

How much is HexClad at Costco?

Prices change by item and promotion. During the most recent verified event ending September 13, 2026, Costco advertised the 7-piece set at $379.99, 6-piece saucepan set at $299.99, 5-piece Hybrid set at $349.99, and 14-inch Hybrid pan and wok at $149.99 each. Those prices are dated references, not guaranteed current prices.

Does Costco HexClad have the lifetime warranty?

Qualifying new HexClad cookware purchased from Costco can receive HexClad’s applicable lifetime manufacturer warranty because Costco is an authorized sales channel. The warranty covers manufacturer defects and has conditions involving proof of purchase, original ownership, proper care, and non-commercial use.

Can HexClad bought at Costco be returned?

Costco generally covers merchandise under its satisfaction guarantee, subject to its published exceptions and limitations. Online Costco purchases can generally be returned through Costco.com or at a warehouse. Check Costco’s current return policy for the terms that apply when you purchase.

Conclusion

Costco does sell HexClad cookware, but the products and prices can change with warehouse inventory and special events. Current Costco listings include several cookware sets plus large 14-inch pan and wok options, while the most recent verified promotion for these items ended September 13, 2026.

For the best comparison, check the live Costco price, exact item or model number, included pieces, shipping terms, and warehouse availability against the equivalent HexClad-direct product. Costco can offer strong promotional pricing, but an old event price should never be treated as a guaranteed current deal.

Whichever authorized seller you choose, keep your proof of purchase and follow HexClad’s seasoning, heat, cleaning, and warranty guidance. That protects both the cookware’s performance and your ability to use the manufacturer warranty if a covered defect develops.
